Hi there!

My name is Kara Helman-Bowdidge, I am very passionate about caregiving, and along with my role as the owner I am active on a day by day basis of directing Live Better Home Care. I am so proud to work with a team of caregivers to provide better care. I enjoy meeting new people, and learning from them and teaching others.

I am committed to providing a high quality of care both in leading caregivers and develping the service of Live Better Home Care. I like to find the humor in everyday life, and bring it into my work.

I am fond of being out in nature, hiking trails and I am an animal lover. You will find a dog in my office most any time.

Myself and all of our caregivers can’t wait to help seniors in the Greater Brunswick community and beyond!

Our family will be forever grateful for the love care and support Kara provided to my sister Lisa, who suffered from early onset Alzheimer’s disease. Lisa nor anyone with her diagnosis would have had anything close to the quality of life that Lisa enjoyed had it not been for Kara. I truly believe that Kara loved Lisa and was her guardian angel and miracle worker. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Kara. You will find no one better to care for your loved ones.
