Home Health Care Services: Wellness Care Management
Our experienced Caregivers will assess and develop with you a complete Wellness Care Package that will improve your quality of life, sense of well-being, physical stamina and keep you out of the doctor’s office! They will be your health and wellness advocate, helping you at doctors’ appointments to understand treatment plans and medications better, helping you to find alternative therapies to help balance your total body, mind and spirit.
In-Home Care and Services:
Every potential senior client of Live Better Health Services (LBHS) will go through a review with a certified caregiver to ensure that we are able to meet their needs at home and all of our caregivers are certified. We offer 24/7 on-call service to make sure we’re able to assist our clients and their families even when an in-home caregiver is not on duty. At LBHS, we have a Culture of Yes…you let us know what you need and we will say “YES!”
Personal Care Services:
Personal Care Services can be made specific for each client who requires personal care assistance for example with, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and exercise programs. These services can be for short periods of time or longer and made to work for the client to maintain his or her independency as much or as little as they want!

Home-making Services are for folks who need a little extra support with shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation and just a friendly hello and warm face to enjoy time with. Outings can be planned, e.g., the farmers markets, garage sale hopping, music on the mall, etc! Telephone reminders can be arranged, e.g., cueing for medications, appointments, etc.

Handy-Person Services:
Our Handy-person Services provide cleaning, packing, organizing, minor home repair, yard services for those individuals who would like to spend their time and energy elsewhere. General cleaning tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry and linen change, bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Spring Cleaning includes heavy duty cleaning of all rooms. Our handyman can help with home maintenance, painting, light carpentry, and yard work.
